Welcome to my private practice webpage! I would like to share with you my approach to therapy, which draws from a variety of fields, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, transpersonal psychology, existential psychology, psychodynamic perspectives, neuroscience-related views, and the principles of quantum physics. My main focus is on mindfulness, awareness, and consciousness as well as evidence-based methods, strategies, and techniques.
My approach is rooted in the belief that we all have the capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. By cultivating mindfulness and awareness, we can deepen our understanding of ourselves and our experiences, create a new pathway in our brain, and develop a greater sense of connection to the world around us. Through this transformative process, we can learn to move beyond habitual and conditioned beliefs in our subconsciousness manifested through our outer behaviors, and tap into our inherent potential for personal and spiritual growth.
Mindfulness, awareness, and consciousness are at the heart of my approach to therapy. By becoming more present and attentive to our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, we can develop greater insight and clarity on our experiences and learn how to relate and respond to different situations in a more compassionate, skillful, and mindful way. This process help lead to a greater sense of inner peace, resilience, and well-being, and get to embrace one’s authentic self.
I believe that our experiences are shaped not only by our individual thoughts and behaviors, but also by larger, interconnected systems and energies. Drawing on principles from transpersonal psychology and quantum physics, I help my clients explore these larger patterns and dynamics, and develop a deeper sense of connection to the world around them.
